General: Ranger's doing well, except for having just got out of the hospital. His arm is going to be a problem, just like his leg, and he isn't pleased with that, but Lilah has her soul back, Stephanie is all right and Nemesis is cured. The Joker is still AWOL, which is unsettling (he, of course, has no idea), but he's pretty happy.
Needs threads with: Hmmmm...Anyone, really, I guess. I think he needs to make some more friends, even though he's not really very good with that. Alice. I think he'd like to see more of Alice. He likes Wesley, too, but he's very content with just spending all his free time with Lilah, occasionally getting in some time with Steph.
Plot Ideas/Items to come: I'm not quite sure what to do with the fake-exorcism plot now, but I feel weird just letting it hang. But he'll have more to deal with once the Joker comes back.

1. Guns - I got my first gun when I was eighteen, for my birthday, in fact. Not long after that, I lost the chance to use any weapons for a long while. The next gun I used was an M16. I haven't looked back since.

2. Security - It seemed the most logical choice after leaving Special Forces. I'm good at finding people, I'm good at making sure people aren't found.

3. Wild thing - I'm a lot less wild than I used to be, but I guess I take chances that a lot of people couldn't consider. I believe it's all a point of my job.

4. Sex appeal - This one is pretty obvious, isn't it?

5. Protecting innocents - I don't think this was ever a goal high on my list, but bit by bit, it's become important to me. I deal with bad people, and to a certain extent I will work for bad people if they pay right, but that's happening less. I blame Stephanie Plum.

He chuckled quietly and eased her back onto the couch. "You know better than to question that." Ranger sank to his knees in front of her, spread her legs and sliding her skirt up.

"Well I already fucked you on my desk," he purred as he dragged his mouth from hers and down her throat. "And in the coat room at the restaurant. I suppose we could find more public places cuz I'm just wondering how creative we could get."

Ranger had ordered the food as soon as he'd gotten back into his room. He was in the middle of washing his dog when the doorbell rang, but a simple yell of "leave it" solved that problem. By the time Lilah arrived, the curry was sitting in the front hall and Ranger was sitting on the floor of his bathroom, soaked up to the shoulders, with Liber sitting between his legs, a towel over his head. The dog was panting happily and Ranger sounded amused, even if his words were scolding.

"Goddamn dog. You're happy as a pig in shit in a dirty pond, but hot clean water bothers you?"

Liber wuffed once and Ranger rubbed the towel down his back, shaking his head.

plotting capabilities: She's been in a shitstorm since getting here. I don't know why I had the Joker shoot her I'm sadistic. What's happening with her and Jack right now is also awesome. Interactions between her and Val crack me up.
other: I have some worries about her being OOC. The movie really only has her in one state of mind, batshit terrified, so it's interesting trying to play her happy sometimes. Sad, subdued, traumatized, those go well, but happy is tough.

plotting capabilities: Basically he just wants to fuck with everyone. His own issues have proved to be more interesting than I thought and who the hell would have expected him and Bats? Kickass.
other: I just wanna be careful not to give him "watching all my men die makes me this way" angst, cuz I really don't think he has the same problem with trauma as other soldiers. He accepts death as a part of life. His angst comes from other areas.
